Class 45 45146 waits at Chester in the 80s with a train for Holyhead. This was taken years ago and lay buried in a pile of steam slides, and was only discovered while ferretting about for material for this web-site, long after the class have been withdrawn. I was waiting for a steam railtour to arrive at the time - and did a few shots to while away the time, not dreaming how soon it would become historic!
