This is a real puzzle, but maybe someone out there knows this place intimately? It is obviously a look down into a valley from fairly high. It could be the part of Borrowdale approaching Derwentwater (a river is visible) - but anyway the cloud is down as so often, and the sun marvellously comes slanting through, just when you thought it was going to be cloudy all day!
