What can you say about this sort of picture? It was better at the time, and the slide on screen is also better, but this does give you some idea! Derwentwater, of course, showing some of the islands, and the impressive fells behind. Possibly Grizedale Pike, but it's difficult to tell unless you're an expert.. Rainbow pictures, of course, need under-exposure to show their best colours. The whole lot, if it's visible, is rarely satisfactory because it is then necessarily further away. Go for the best bit, with a nice dark background and something interesting in the foreground.
